Even though I’ve lived in Queenstown my whole life, today was the first time I’ve ever been bungy jumping... It was incredible!
Just so you know, Queenstown is the ‘home’ of bungy jumping, and that’s what started off my town as the ‘adventure capital’ of New Zealand.
I went on a bungy called the AJ Hackett Kawarau Bridge Bungy. It was the first bungy ever built, not only in New Zealand, but in the world. It’s the smallest bungy that they had on offer – I thought I’d start small because it’s really quite a scary thought, plunging off a bridge down towards a river with only a rubber band holding onto you.
What an amazing experience! I definitely plan to do it again, hopefully sometime soon.
Well that’s all for now! <3 Susie :)
Wow, lucky you - looks like you bought the expired Paypal account. LOL.
Is Queenstown near any of the locations that Lord of the Rings was filmed at? I always wanted to go New Zealand after the filming of scenes in New Zealand. New Zealand seems like such a majestic pristine and magical place. I've met a few Kiwis that were outdoorsy and genuine individuals. I won't hold it against you guys that you love VegeMite.

Wow, I would love to go bungee jumping...it seems pretty scary though. How did you get the guts to jump off?
